Position Summary:
Pristine Elegance Corp. is seeking an independently licensed mental-health professional to provide assessment, counseling, crisis intervention, case management, and mental-health education services to adolescents and young adults in a structured residential education environment.

The selected professional will collaborate with healthcare, counseling, education, and wellness personnel to promote emotional well-being and address mental-health concerns that may affect participation, education, and employment readiness.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct mental-health screenings, intake assessments, and clinical evaluations.
  • Develop treatment plans and clinical recommendations.
  • Provide individual counseling, brief therapy, and mental-health check-ins.
  • Provide crisis assessment and intervention.
  • Refer individuals for psychiatric, emergency, or long-term community treatment when needed.
  • Monitor individuals with chronic mental-health conditions.
  • Support individuals with co-occurring mental-health and substance-use concerns.
  • Participate in case-management and multidisciplinary meetings.
  • Support disability-accommodation planning.
  • Conduct mental-health education and wellness activities.
  • Facilitate psychoeducational or skill-building groups.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation.
  • Complete utilization and activity reports.
  • Follow HIPAA, safety, confidentiality, and infection-control requirements.
  • Promptly report clinical, behavioral, and safety concerns.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Active, unrestricted South Dakota license as a:
    • Licensed Clinical Social Worker, or.
    • Clinical Psychologist.
  • Authorized to practice independently without supervision.
  • At least one year of licensed experience providing assessment and treatment services to adolescents or young adults.
  • Experience developing treatment and case-management plans.
  • Experience providing crisis intervention and short-term treatment.
  • Strong clinical documentation and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to maintain HIPAA-compliant records.
  • Ability to pass applicable background screening.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain professional liability insurance.
  • Reliable transportation to the work location.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience treating adolescents and young adults.
  • Experience in residential programs, schools, youth services, or community behavioral health.
  • Experience facilitating psychoeducational groups.
  • Experience conducting mental-health presentations and training.
  • Familiarity with electronic clinical records and utilization reporting.
